Carer looks after me very well. She is very good with me. The office phones me to check how we are doing. The manager also visits which is good.
My carer’s go an extra mile. They go to the post office, shops and clean home for me. They do keep me clean and treat me with respect all the time. The managers also come to see me and check how things are going.
I receive a regular carer ever since the service started. I have had meetings with the manager and social worker. They are very good and take our views seriously. They also act on recommendations to meet our choices.
