"Staff are very friendly, polite."
When I contact surgery receptionist are able to either give me appointment or over phone consultation. Always able to help. The doctors are really good always listen to the concern I have with myself and my family and able to offer the treatment or referral that I need.
"An excellent surgery"
Lozells Medical Practice provide a great GP service. I have not had any problems at all.
"No appointments"
GPs are really good but the receptionists are awful. There is not any appointments every time I call up.
There is always a delay for this which really annoys me. It takes around 2 weeks just to get an appointment.
They don't really understand priorities very well. The GP surgery opens at 8am and by 8.15am they would say that the appointments are booked out.
"It can be bad getting appointments"
Appointments are bad, the online system is good to get prescriptions but nothing is ever available when trying to book appointments.
"Not helpful, I moved GP"
Whenever I phoned them it used to be so hard to get in touch with a doctor. Nightmare to get through to them. I'm so glad I moved GP as they weren't helpful.
"Good experience"
I had a good experience and don't find it difficult getting appointments. The waiting time is also okay.
"Very good and very helpful"
My son has blocked ear tube and was struggling to hear. The GP said he needed to be referred on. Very good and very helpful there.
"I like the service provided."
It's a bit hard to make an appointment but I do like the service once I am through to them and have made an appointment.
"Long time to get an appointment"
Long time to get an appointment, can get appointment with nurse to see a GP, sometimes okay sometimes long. Doctor & nurses are nice, you do see them.
"They are not that good"
They are not that good. There’s a staff member who keep telling me to go back to the GP to get my medicines prescribed and sent to them, but I can’t get an appointment or get through to get an appointment to do this.
"Slow at answering calls but helpful"
I'm waiting a long time on the phones, they used to be quick and now it's slow. I went yesterday for my moms original medications as she is not walking very well. But they were helpful and sorted the medication for me.
"There is no understanding of sign language"
There is a female GP who always book a interpreter and there is a male doctor he never books an interpreter. There is no understanding of sign language needs.
"Very difficult to get appointments"
Poor advice & support. Very difficult to get appointments.
"Very easy"
Very easy, it's 2/3 minute walk from my house. I can't get appointments all the time, I call and they say they've gone and tell me to ring NHS. The doctor is very good though, just not the appointment times.
