They're good. They see us every 6 months. Appointments are easy to make and they send you reminders by text and make it very easy.

Not a good service. Lots of patients and so many students so its always full.
Dentist is good. I can go for a check up but when I need things doing, I have to go to Wolverhampton as I need putting to sleep. They do refer me on though and I will get seen.
Can be a long process at A&E, but that’s for everybody. Hospital not told how long it will be until I see a doctor but will just wait.
They don’t provide a interpreter and say bring your own interpreter so I take my father. Reception staff is rude.
They were taking new patients, so I registered here. I did not feel comfortable. I felt it was a different atmosphere to my old dental practice. The treatment was good, it just wasn't the same.
I was hurt and they gave me a needle. Service was okay.
I had a throbbing pain in my gums. I was referred by 111 NHS service to visit for a treatment. Although I was a bit late but still I was accommodated and checked. The place is very neat and tidy. Staff was friendly.
Parking is a bit issue in that place. They didn't charge me unnecessarily or they didn't try to make money.
