Sometimes they forget to order your medication, so you go down there and they say they will order it for the next day and you have to go back again. But the staff are knowledgeable and you can ask them questions.

I have my regular prescription sent there. It is usually there 2 hours after its sent from the GP. If I need it sooner they will do it for me. They are very good there.
I had trouble with the NHS app on my phone. It said to book a covid jab. I went on the day at the time it said and they said they wouldn't do it and told me to come back.
