"Doesn't work for me at all"
I've been with them before and it just doesn't work for me at all. They're again calling you not actually talking to you or providing support.

You know that they will help you but it's not long term and you always get better and then when it stops it gets worse again.
Contacted them as daughter was not sleeping for 2 weeks, they said daughter was on waiting list and would be given an appointment. Still not been given an appointment and ended up taking her to QE A&E.
It’s okay. If I use Livi they told me they would communicate with my GP to get a lab test over 2 weeks ago. Which they haven’t. so I need to follow it up. They give me faster appointments and it can be face to face or over online.
My only complaint is the use of Livi, it's not that they haven't seen me. Livi asked me for my personal password for my phone which I was not comfortable with. I asked them what they meant and they said it had to be the password that was on my phone.
Really good. Got an appointment, seen, referred and a prescription within an hour of the appointment.
I think it's quite good. Was able to get a next day appointment, was brilliant.
Managed to book a doctors appointment using this service. Did a video call and sorted out son's condition.
You have to wait at least 2 days for an appt. Once I didn't receive a call at all for my appt.
