Taking care of dad quite well
October 6, 2025
My sisters care for my dad who was in hospital but is out now. He is much better than before and is feeding himself now. The GP are looking after him quite well.
Different care depending on who you see
October 2, 2025
I contacted them recently about my husband who was not well, and was put in a queue by reception, but it was very quick. I was then called back straight away to say that the doctor was coming to see my husband, and the doctor arrived within 10 minutes. This was unusual. The doctor diagnosed him with chest infections and prescribed medication straight away. The doctor could see that my husband was well looked after at home, so did not see a need to move him. The doctor was ever so nice. Usually I don't want to see the doctors. It depends on who you see, you get different treatment and care. I was supposed to have my stitches looked at by the practice, but they were too busy so I had to go to a walk in centre.
Reception don't answer the phones
October 2, 2025
To make an appointment, I will be calling but reception are not answering. My daughter went to the practice in person and saw the receptionists not answering the ringing phones. She asked why they were not answering and they told her that they were busy, but they were not doing anything.
My daughter went to the practice to collect her diabetes medication, and she was sent to the hospital as she had covid.
You never see the same doctors each time you go in, so you can not build rapport with the doctors or have any sort of continuation with your care.

Waited on the phone for an hour
July 30, 2025
Trying to book a doctors appointment or even finding out results from
x-ray and other tests. Nothing comes back to you. Even had to wait on the phone for an hour for their prescription service because something was missing off my repeats. It took three days for a prescription to be filled so three days without tablets.

Kept telling me to go online
July 16, 2025
I spoke a receptionist and explained I have been waiting for my blood results and tried to use the links but wasn't working. Asked if I can book an appointment with a Dr, following his message to call. The receptionist was adamant that is not the process. She didn't want to listen to the situation just kept saying go online. I even asked what happens if I do not have any internet access etc, said go to the practice then. I asked about complaining and her manager, she apparently didn’t know her managers name or email, eventually did give the managers name, no email, no number, no nothing and then hung up on me as I wasn't listening.
Really bad

Really bad, never get appointments. They do an e-consult and never call back.
Appointments are a headache
July 8, 2025
The appointment procedure is a headache. I have to submit a form online and just wait for them. It's really difficult to reach a GP. They also keep cancelling appointments and that happen often.
Keep chasing them
July 8, 2025
The reception staff are very rude. I have to keep chasing them, they won't treat me.
Long queues on the phone
May 6, 2025
I don't know how there is 30 to 40 people in front of me in the queue on the morning. How is it possible, it's 8AM. They have started online system booking which is better but it's a long time coming.
No issues

I haven't got any problems, no issues at all. They finish early though and once you miss an appointment it is difficult to rebook.
