"Very quick, and very helpful"

I was seen by a worker and she is amazing. She gave me lots of tools to help me get out of a bad mental space. She guided me on how to help myself and encourage me. The services her were very quick too. I was referred and received a phone call within a couple of hours, and appointments the next day. So grateful for this service.

"Tried to contact to update about a patient"

Tried to contact to update about a patient as part of inter agency working. Made 3 attempts to speak to someone after being cut off multiple times. And was then passed to various members of staff who seemed disinterested in the well being of the patient who had recently been through crisis.
