"Friendly and caring"
I had a seizure in the nurses office. The nurse and doctor were very caring.
I had a seizure in the nurses office. The nurse and doctor were very caring.
Asked for general enquiry about supporting evidence and was rude with attitude
Very dismissive staff, a mistake had been made on my prescription, ended up sending me to my GP, who of course couldn't help. Needed sleep meds which I did not get. Was made to like feel I was in some way trying it on. After their mistake.
Prescription is never ready on the day they tell you to come & collect it. They always tell you to come back the next day. Rude staff that don’t care about you or your mental health. This place needs shutting down!
My daughter is the patient for past twenty five years she is still suffering, they treat her for few weeks and then discharge her then her condition detareate I have to ring for days some time weeks before they will respond, even now her condition is very bad but I can't get hold of anyone.
Mixed feelings about treatment, and experience with NHS, but I do have the option, that, I should have been focused.
This really is the worst NHS service that I have used. I have previously raised complaints and the reply is that I am making it all up. I am neither delusional nor a liar
Ok
I go therefore cancelling but they really get back to me
I've been left with no support or call back for weeks. I call every couple of days to find out what is happening. No one calls me back even when they say they will. They say they will chase it up but I've heard nothing back and its been nearly a month
Staff can come across as quite dismissive. Tell you you are under depot and psychiatrist, can't do anything for you. Came here when I had bad thoughts, depression, anxiety and couldn't sleep. Came to see duty worker. When you don't feel well, kept coming here as didn't feel well but they wouldn't help me, kept saying wait for psychiatrist appointment. When in crisis I call Orsborn House, they help me a little.
See psychiatrist every 6 months, enough for me. When see psychiatrist have half an hour, very good, ask how you are feeling. Staff on reception, their attitude, could be better. Depot is every two weeks, usually only have to wait 10 minutes.
Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that you are happy with your psychiatrist.

I have been here recently and I seem nobody is caring because staff are playing with my mind, as they do not listen to us. I am on clozapine and I have not improved. Always says if you need please contact but she never talk to me and replies what do you want.
We are sorry to read that you have not received a response from our team at Orsborn House. If you could contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 953 0045 they will be able to liaise with the team for you.
Change CPN too many times. They don't care all I hear is it's not my remit which I find cold and distant when I know I'm dirty and its obvious my clothes are dirty and my so called CPN is talking to me like she doesn't notice. I know she just don't care.

Nurses were giving injection but she was giving in the wrong place, as she was doing in the middle, instead of doing slightly in right or left. And also my medication side effects and it never ready for me to collect and sometimes they say you have to come back as they cannot get prescription. These are mainly it but there are other things that bothers me like reception call me gay.
We are sorry to read of the difficulties you faced at our Orsborn House Community Team. If you could contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 953 0045 they will be able to take some more details from you in order to investigate.
For medication side effects advice we recommend using www.choiceandmedication.org/bsmhft where there are excellent leaflets regarding all psychiatric medications.
Almost is good as everything is good like Doctors, medicines and support, but sometimes I have to wait more than one hour and appointments are behind.
Thank your for your comments about the good service you have received from our doctors. We are sorry for the waiting times and we know that the team can be very busy. If this becomes a problem please contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 953 0045 and they can liaise with the team, possibly finding a better time for your appointments.
She has been attending for 3 years. They listen to you, give you good advice. They try their best to work with you to best ability, patient's English isn't their first language so I (partner) comes and translates. If she doesn't know how to explain she speaks through me. They have offered an interpreter but feels more comfortable with somebody she knows. They assess progress and give medication.
Thank you for your kind words. We will let the team know. Best wishes.
Always call me on time, I do not wait at all. They are doing well and I am receiving medicines but I haven't improved. I have to go to my GP to tell them.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased the service is good for you. If you have any difficulties with your medication, do contact the duty worker at Orsborn House or GP as soon as possible.

I went to another service and disclosed my sexual lifestyle. I got two random calls during a very fragile time from a safeguarding team, asking very personal questions. They said they have been referred by a team probably by this service. I was emotionally distressed. This is ongoing. In Erdington I have experienced dismissal of having Asperger’s and told too young to be on anti-depressants.
We would like to look into these matters if you could make contact with our Customer Relations Team on 0800 953 0045. We can also check on any additional support you may need. Just to reassure you, our Safeguarding team work within the NHS and will keep all of your information safe and secure.
I would like to make a complaint about the services I am experiencing. Every time I come to pick up my medication it's not available. I would like to improve this matter and sort out this predicament that I am experiencing because it's causing me mental anquish. Please rectify how I can deal with this situation
