"Rubbish"
Absolutely rubbish. Never get the medication from them as it's a controlled drug so I have to travel to get it. Bit useless if you ask me.

They phone me every 12 weeks and monitor my medication. They're really good with that and always phone when they say they're going to.
Not very good as it's so small and takes a long time. It's all a bit of a shambles if I'm honest. They need to improve the service.
Good. Helpful and nice staff.
They're alright
I didn't like the attitude of what they said. They used to deliver and then they removed me off the service and asked me to be charged for it.
I spoke to them about sending/cancelling medication that I don't need anymore and they told me to contact the GP which I did try.
Not very good. They are slow and you have to wait around for your medication.
They're alright, it's close to me and easy to get to so its accessible.
All the staff have changed here. I had to show them pictures of what was wrong and they still say they can't get my prescription. For one month I have been unable to get my cream. I went in upset and then they say they'll get the medication the next day.
