"Mixed experience with pharmacy service quality"

The level of service can be very hit and miss, and there are always different pharmacists here. I now order my repeat prescriptions on line and they are now usually ready within 24 hours which is a good improvement. They did provide a good vaccination service. When I had my flu vaccination there I found them very good, they asked lots of questions about my general health before administering the vaccination which I found very thorough and not something that has always happened in the past.

"Delays with last prescription"

My medication was delivered a week late last month. I chased it up with the hospital who send the prescription to the pharmacy and was told they had sent it in good time. This delay meant that for a few days I had no medication.

"Improved but I don't qualify for delivery"

The pharmacy has recently improved, but even as a cardiac patient, having recently had a heart attack, I do not qualify for home delivery. The walk to the pharmacy can be difficult at times.

"No issues getting prescription"

They provide a good service. I've not experienced any problems getting my prescriptions dispensed here.
