"They have restored my faith in the system"
I had a significant mental health crisis. They have been checking in on me via telephone and booking appointments. Anything I have needed has been done quickly. They have restored my faith in the system. They have listened, been compassionate, caring and very kind. They always ask how I am doing.
"All done online, they should be helping us."
Not good accessing them, it's all done online and you have to use an app. I'd rather go in. Some of the questions on the app ask what you're expecting to get from the appointment and it's just like, they should be the ones helping you.
"Everything is done on an app"
Everything is done on the Evergreen App. It can be difficult to get appointments and there are a lot of locums working there. I could not tell you who my doctor even is.
"Excellent midwife service here"
I see my community midwife at my GP surgery every two weeks, she has been amazing. I am really happy with the service provided.
"It's hard to get an appointment"
I find it hard to get an appointment and then when you go in there's no one in there, the place is empty. The doctors and nurses are fine it is just difficult to get an appointment.
"They prescribed the wrong medication"
I was prescribed antibiotics over the phone without seeing a doctor. My mom has had dangerously high blood pressure, but can't get an appointment with them. They lose blood tests results. They've prescribed her how many wrong medications, which has made her ill.
