"A good surgery and team"
I can get appointments and the doctors are good at listening. They're a good surgery and team.

Very bad as its very hard to get an appointments. After they book about the first 15 people they say they're fully booked and when I phone the next day the line is always too long and I have to wait weeks.
Brilliant and understanding with family members needs. You can struggle to get appointments. If you don't get through at 8am, you don't get one. They have an online system but it doesn't allow you to book GP appointments. We see the same GP too which is good.
I got sent here and the GP asked where I had been sent from. They were fine and helpful. They couldn't order me any tests as I would need to see my own GP.
Amazing. I can get appointments and I feel listened to. There are plenty of female GPs and the routine check ups are always on time. I moved but I refuse to change my GP.
I was referred by my GP 10 months ago to the Royal for back pain. The GP is excellent.
A good service. I see my actual own GP and he is very good.
They're wicked, they have looked after me since 1983 and they get me appointments.
They are considerate and responsive. They really care and they call me with test results when most don't.
Very helpful GP and nursing staff.
My husband is with the surgery for the last 15 years and he is very happy with the service provided. The communication is excellent.
I go every 2 weeks, whenever I get an issue I get an appointment and see them. You have to call at 8AM or you wont get one. It's been good for me.
Very very good. When other people say they can get a GP appointments I think they are aliens as my GP is very good. I often feel embarrassed when I tell people how good my GP surgery is as everyone else seems to be having trouble with their GP practice. I initially went for lumps in my neck and they got me referred very quickly.
I will give them 5 stars. GP is great.
Really bad, they gave an appointment for me to my dad. Now I'm 16 they should be contacting me. They said they would call me back, after 3 weeks they messaged my dad with an appointment for short notice and I ended up being late for it, but I didn't want to cancel it because of it taking so long.
Whenever you phone in the receptionist will not listen properly they will try to cut you off as if their in a haste it makes you feel uncomfortable and unheard at least let someone finish their sentence. When they ask you reason of call or reason of appointment sometimes you dont want to say as you only want to express something private to the doctors and then their tone gets rude. All GPs are supposed to see their patients face to face now seems like this gp is an exception as they still dont allow you to book face to face although all restrictions have eased. why arent you following NHS England guidelines you're only supposed to deny face to face when they have covid symptoms. Everytime you go in staff are gathered at reception talking amongst themselves and blatantly ignoring calls.
My doctor is good and treats me with respect. I have been to see my doctor about my mental health as I am often up and down due to my difficult situation as a gay asylum seeker. There are a lot of uncertainties and difficulties in my life.
