Good but long process

Before I used to call and make an appointment directly with them but now you need to go through 111 and that is such a long process. They're really helpful service when you're there and get you seen quickly.

It's good there and they're helpful with seizures and seeing my child when we can't get a GP appointment. It's important we're seen because he is non-verbal and we need to know what's going on.
The doctor was rude, not welcoming.

Bad welcome from the doctor. Came for a bite from a squirrel. He was not pleasant. An urgent Centre does not have a plaster??!!

Reception friendly managed to fit me in and arrange call back multiple times when I missed calls. Dr was great, very empathetic towards me didn't rush

They're helpful

They can be helpful but you have to wait four hours for them to call you back and then they will give you an appointment to go in. They're helpful though.

They GP there looked at my swollen calf and sent me to the QE for it to be looked at further.

Really good. I phone them directly and they will see you the same day usually. They're supportive and helpful.

Couldn't get an appointment with my GP called Katie road on behalf of my husband. Got a call back the doctor was fantastic. Got an appointment for the next day. Wish my own GP was as good as this
Bad advice given

My son had a tummy bug but problems carried on for over a week and according to the NHS advice it said to go a doctor. The doctor told me to stop breastfeeding when it was his main source of liquids. I told him that it wasn't good advice given he didn't use a sippy bottle etc so I thought that was bad advice for an 8 month old.

Brilliant, really good and they give excellent care. The pharmacy are also brilliant there and the medication is easy to get.
