New managers have taken over who do not treat staff well. They have favorites. Situation are explained to them in confidence but then call the people involved in that situation to tell them this staff says this about you absolutely unprofessional management. Staff are getting promoted with out any qualifications or experience. No opportunity it's an absolute joke worse place I have ever worked in treat staff unfair. management seems to have no experience as manager shows in her work and how she handles situation
