Safe and tranquil environment.
My mother spent her last month of life at the John Taylor Hospice where she was cared for competently and with great compassion.
The hospice staff were also very kind to us - My siblings and I live outside Birmingham. The hospice was open to us visiting at any time.
Doctors, Nurses, OT, complementary therapist, the chef, care assistants and volunteers were all wonderful and helped us enormously during a very difficult time for our family.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments about our hospice and our staff.
We aim to ensure that all of our staff, whichever part of John Taylor they work for, are doing all they can to make every moment matter for everyone we care for.
