They're okay but it's hard to get them on the phone for repeats and last time they left out some of my medication. There is a large turnover of staff too every time you go in there's someone new.
They say it will be ready in 2 days. They have it all ready for you. They're good like that.
I have problems with them. I have blister packs but they outsource them and don't come from there so they have to order them in. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. They do deliver and its always on time, it's just hard to get in touch with them. The staff are fine. They need to stick a note in the blister packs to say what different ones they are too as it can be unmarked so confusing.
Very rude pharmacist at this surgery. Usual hatch window was broken and I had the audacity to step over the door threshold. To be told to wait outside. I had been standing therefore 5 mins and been ignored.
