"Failing to deliver on time"
Last 3 times they have failed to deliver my medication on the day they say would. They also tell lies about not getting prescription from the doctors as when I went to collect it, it had the date the pharmacist made up the prescription 2 days prior so it could have been delivered to me 2 days earlier. Last enquired about my repeat prescription on Tuesday when I was told the medication would be delivered on Friday. Saturday I went to the store only to find it closed on Saturday and Sunday so I’m left without medication over the weekend.
