My daughter was referred on for further treatment due to a hole in her tooth. They were very good.
Very professional dentist. He explains the procedures very well and make things very easy for the patient.
Tried to force me to pay for private cleaning despite it being medically necessary. Should be covered under band 1.
Eventually agreed to give me a deep clean below gum line to treat gum disease. Gave me a load of numbing injections then did no deep clean. Just a literal five minute scrape.
Refusing to remove a rotten wisdom tooth and two other teeth for two years. I've issued them a letter before claim
The tooth burst into skin and they said they couldn't do anything there and that she would need to be seen by a specialist dentist. They are very helpful in general.
They're okay, fine. I go every 6 months.

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for this fantastic dental practice who saw me through the NHS as an emergency today, Easter Saturday.
My own Bhandal practice was open but had no dentist in, (What use is that) so I contacted 111 who got a dental nurse to call me back to carry out an assessment and make an emergency referral.
Within 10 minutes, this practice called me back with an appointment 45 minutes later.
I’d been in agony with a back molar that needed to come out.
I don’t know anyone who likes going to the dentist but I must say this was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Receptionist and other staff in reception area were all so lovely.
The lady dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic. Talked to me through the procedure and made me very at ease.
I’ve had a lot of pain in the past when I’ve had the injections to numb my teeth but not today.
I didn’t even feel her extract the tooth.
I was given expert advice following the extraction, especially on how to prevent a dry socket which I’ve had previously and never ever want to have that pain again.
I would highly recommend this dental practice and if I could change and have these as my regular dentist I would.

I waited 3 months for an appointment. They took some teeth out and couldn't get a follow up appointment so I had to wait a long time. They haven't been great following up.
I was taken off the list as they said they weren't taking on any new patients.
They're good. They're fine. I can get an appointment every 6 months and they're really good at answering phones.
Dentist shaved my teeth uneven put fake bonding and when asked said there's nothing he can do about it.
Couldn't get any appointments and they said it would be a long wait even for the kids. The first appointment I've got since summer is for the 28th of this month.
They are pretty good dentist, able to get appointments. They are good at communicating , went last week and can’t fault them.

It was very difficult that I had to suffer my dental pain for 5 days. They didn't even gave me an emergency appointment
Really easy to get an appointment after the covid lockdowns etc. The staff were friendly and efficient as well as being thorough in asking for up to date medical information required. The practice was clean and covid aware in their treatment and explained the treatments I would be receiving and why. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs treatment.
The reception staff have been friendly, efficient and patient during these trying times. My dentist has offered an excellent service during this time, always covid safe, I felt completely comfortable going there and receiving dental treatment.
Booked late appointment for my some cos he had a very bad toothache. When the doctor saw me he said he has a big decay and he only put a filling without cleanning it or even asked to remove it in the same day. O. The week end his face was swallown so much. I had to go to. Private dentist to give me antibiotics. On Monday I called the clinic to informd them that the doctor had missed treated my son as the privet dentist told me. And I would like to talk to him. The rood receptionist replayed and a very rood and disrespectful way. When I told her why r u brewing rood she hanged up on my fac. I have been with this dentist for more than 20 year and I've never felt humilliated like that befor.
No problem getting an appointment. We’ve had the same dentist for a number of years giving consistently good treatment, well explanation and clean practice.
