I am satisfied with the service there. I usually call them to book appointments. It's quick and easy to book. I wouldn't change anything to improve it.

My new GP is better, very good. They give you next day appointments. I also had blood tests last week and they were good.
I have been with them for years. I can get appointments easily. They ring me when I need anything which is good. Very helpful surgery.
All of the GPs here are at the same level. You can't choose to see one here.
I urgently needed an appointment, so I booked it through the app successfully and smoothly. At the GP, the reception and management were excellent, and the doctor explained the procedure clearly and smoothly.

The GP got me referred to the chest clinic. They're very good. They listen. They give good advice and suggestions. They gave me medication to help with my chest in the meantime whilst waiting for the referral.

Long waiting times to see a GP.

I struggle to get an appointment with doctors. They're good when they see you but just struggle in general. They have referred me onto hospital for cardiology issues but waiting to hear back.
It was good, I got an appointment no long queues but don’t tend to use it that often as I don’t need it. But they are good when I was last there.
I go to the surgery to make an appointment and they are good. I can get appointments, I might not see the same GP but they are good.

It's okay, It's easy to find an appointment when I last went two weeks ago. It's really helpful and everyone is good.
Worst GP in town. They don’t care for the service users at all. Nobody replied back regarding a complain I made.
Usually it takes weeks to get an appointment but since the coronavirus outbreak they have redoubled their efficiency working longer hours and give appointments within a few days, sometimes on the same day. It's lovely to see them thriving where as before they were flailing.
Absolutely disgusting customer service at this GP surgery from the receptionist to the doctors. I have complained so many times and nothing has been done. They do not value the care of their patients and do not prescribe the correct medication for when you need it. They don't care about you're problem but more so just want to be paid for it.
Disorganised.
Too many patients.
Delays with appointments.
Delays with repeat prescription every month need to chase prescription because a drug is missing.
Inadequate space ,crowded.
Appointment delays upto 45 minutes . Appointments never and I confirm never on time.
