"A really positive experience"
I had to have an IUD replacement and I had always got on with the Mirena coil as it stopped my periods. I had it done here as it was closer to home rather than travelling to Birmingham. It was a really positive experience. I wasn't rushed and the nurse and GP were caring. It wasn't painful this time as I felt relaxed. The only negative is that there is a presumption from the information provided is that I'm heterosexual and having sex with men as they explain about condoms etc. I'm currently in a monogamous relationship with a woman so it shouldn't be assumed. It should be LGBT inclusive.
"Brilliant"
Reception are lovely
And doctor although we have some ongoing problems put our minds at rest about a lot thank you
"It's okay"
It's okay. I have to wait a long time to get an appointment.
"Separate room for neurodiverse children"
At reception they have a notice to say that if your child has autism or is neurodiverse there is a separate room to wait for appointments
"Given options and can get appointments"
They're okay. I can get appointments but I must admit I don't use them that often. I wait for a while at 8am but when I get through to them they give me options. You wait longer for a GP than a nurse.
"They see me when I need them."
They're good, I have no issues with them. They do a good job and can see them when I need them.
"Received prompt treatment"
Very good. I don't need them too often but I got prompt treatment when I did need it.
"We don’t have a regular doctor"
The only problem is we don’t have a regular doctor and can’t get hold of an appointment. They have an online appointment system but not always available. You call at 8am and the appointments are gone by the time you call back.
"They are OK"
They are OK.
"Brilliant"
Brilliant. Able to get appointments. All doctors are very considerate, give plenty of time.
