"We have no complaints"
I went last week for a check up and it was fine. Both my husband and I like it here. We have no issues or complaints. We rarely need treatment luckily.

Can get an appointment, they referred our daughter to an orthodontist in 2020. Referred to House of Dental and said she would need see a specialist. Different services are not talking to each specialists because baby tooth would need to be extracted. Been backwards and forwards.
Got an appointment next week. Not used them since Covid. They are good.
We can get an appointment if need one, no problems with the dentist.
It can be expensive having to pay for appointments. I can get appointments and it was good when I last went.
Excellent. Never had a problem in getting an appointment. Really nice.
Every time I call to book an appointment, I am told that I have a note on my account, that can’t be overridden!
Stating I have failed to turn up for many appointments!
Absolutely not true, as I have attended every appointment ever made.
That receptionist has put a black mark under my name, because I have asked her not to talk to me like a child.
She has no customer service skills, and should not be anywhere near their patients.
She is a very rude person, who obviously has a lot of personal problems, that she takes out on innocent patients!
They can stick their dentist surgery, because I have had a problem eating on the left side of my mouth, and to this day, they have not fixed it!
They tend to spread procedures out, over longer periods, than necessary, just to get paid more than once!
It seems to be all about the money.
Awful people.
Rude vile staff manager is a disgrace would not recommend
To date, I have always had excellent service from this practice. I have a lovely dentist and staff have always dealt with me in a friendly and courteous manner
