I have not been able to repeat my prescription
I rang surgery on Friday 12th September and explained to receptionist that the app wasn't letting me repeat my prescription. I went to chemist week before to collect and was told my order was from August last time. I've been at work all week on nights so had no opportunity to get to surgery as I don't work and sleep during daytime. When I explained to receptionist she was very rude and no help whatsoever never even my name to look up the medication. She just abruptly said if I can't get to surgery then there's nothing they can do. I'm now a week without my antidepressants which I've only been on 2 months and I'll have to wait until at least Monday before I can get to the surgery.
