I have been experiencing ongoing problems and after a course of treatment and the symptoms not improving. It has been a struggle to get a follow up appointment, despite already being seen and being referred to the hospital for the issue.
I have no problems getting an appointment when I need one. Treatment has been fine. I am very happy with ongoing diabetes care I receive at the surgery. I have not experienced any problems.
My experience with the surgery is generally okay. I am concerned about how the online booking system will work as I need to attend for regular blood tests to monitor my long term condition. Getting blood test results online is not helpful because I do not understand what they mean and I feel like I need more support with understanding them.
I had excellent care during my pregnancy when I was experiencing respiratory issues. I had no problems getting urgent same day appointments when needed.
I am a recovering cancer patient and I have to have regular blood tests. I have experienced difficulties getting blood test results with samples going missing and tests needing to be completed. It makes me really anxious when I experience delays and have to chase results.
I find the online system tricky. I need a blood test. I also requested a male GP and it took a lot longer.
I get appointments fine but the online system is difficult. The doctors are very good. I struggle with online forms as I'm dyslexic.
It can be hard to get an appointment. Hard to fill in the form. Got an appointment eventually which was fine and the GPs are really good.
Brilliant. The phone system has got better. The surgery has improved. It could do with better parking.
I rang up and was very unwell. I was told to go to somewhere too far and couldn't get to as I was so unwell. They gave me another location for the next day.
I left my previous GP as I could not get an appointment. This GP is excellent. I can get appointments quite easily by calling. There is also an online booking service for those who want to use it, but I would need a tutorial to use it! The phone system is fine and works for me. The staff are all caring and helpful here.
The reception staff are rude and seem to think they are doctors so give incorrect advice.
Not very good. Were very good before covid. Brilliant but since then they have gone from bad to worse. Can't see anybody. It's all over the phone. You go in the morning and have to wait to get an appointment. If they're all gone I'd ring 111.
