They're okay. I can get appointments when ringing. Usually I see the nurses for general check ups. Nurses are good, helpful and listen to me.
They're good you know. I still have to call at 8am but you do get an appointment with them. They listen and understand you.
I request medication either online or I call up. It's easy to do and they're pretty good. They sort it quickly and are very helpful.
The GP gives medication and a diagnosis. When I have an issue I get appointments almost immediately. They gave me a female doctor when I requested one.
I haven't had too much contact but they're okay.
I felt let down. They don't ask questions they just tell me to go to A&E. That's not what I want to do. It makes me feel worse.

I had one dealing with them. Getting appointment was okay. Nurse I saw was not hygienic. She was taking my blood and it was dirty room. I asked if it was okay for me to lie down on the bed which was not clean and the pillow had stains on it. My partner also went for the blood test and said same thing.
I find it easy to get appointments and see my doctor. The doctor is good and listens to me.
The GP video or telephone calls is not a preferred option for me. I feel abandoned and can't see why face to face can't be an appointment preference.
Absolutely nothing about this surgery is good. Reception staff don’t want to help you unless they know what’s wrong. I sorry hun but you cancel an appointment after making me wait for weeks for one just because your evil. I hope someone does to you what you’ve done to me and you get mentally and physically worse everyday while they are laughing drunkong their tea in this scamdemic.
