It has been impossible to speak to anybody concerning my brothers mental health issues, which I am very concerned about, voicemails have been left, yet nobody has responded over a few months now. This is unacceptable!
Arrived at 1335 at the visitor centre got booked in was sent over to the main prison got booked in and fingers scaned and went through the x-ray and had a pat down
Went up stairs to the waiting area just about to enter was told prisoner was not there so we left only to find out he was waiting for us he was told we cancelled visit then was told we hadn't arrived then we were not on the system not happy bearing in mind we were on cctv all the way to the waiting area
Doctor has requested an urgent scan as suspected abdominal annurism. Advise would wait no more than 2 weeks now been advised will be another 4 weeks. No monitoring of patient and zero care from wing staff

The phones are never answered, I missed half of my visit as the staff were too slow searching people. We were all there half an hour before the visit time yet they started searching people at the time of the visit. I saw a rat running around in the prison. The food in the canteen is disgusting and overpriced. The screws have their favorites and their racist what happened to equal rights? I sent an email but it got delivered to a different prisoner it’s just appalling!
My partner has been diagnosed with bad diet and lack of iron intake. His health has got worse however he trains so his been trying to keep fit. One lady Miss Sternum had banned him from training on the wing, which means his not getting any exercise. There’s no reason for this and it questions racism as all the Indian guys seem to have this problem. His been in there almost a year and hasn’t been offered any work although he has kept his head down. He only leave the wing to train as the pad is way too small, no other officers have a problem only when Miss Sternum is on the wing, however she doesn’t have this issue with other guts of her own race.
My Dad has been sufferring with poor health for weeks and he isn't getting the appropriate care in a timely manner. Due to this, he's in unnecessary pain and unable to eat or drink adequately which is detrimental to his health and preventing the healing process. He is in his 70s and at my last visit, he looked frail and unwell. I am very concerned that thete is something more serious underlying to the cause of his problems. He won't keep reporting it to the officers as he says "they just don't care, that's why it's the worse prison in the country!" You wouldn't leave an animal to suffer like my Dad!
