"Amazing staff"
I have used them many times. All the dentists and staff are amazing.

They were supposed to send over notes to the dental hospital for today. They found a lump in my neck/jaw and said it could be cancerous so referred me onto the QE and dental hospital but they didn't send over my notes and I feel like they have got me worried now about what was going on.
The dentists provided excellent care and support to both of my parents.
Excellent dental care provided. Easy to get an appointment. Very affordable treatment.
My daughter had a cavity and hole in her tooth, it was growing outwards. They said she would need to see a specialist and they referred her on. They are good in general and good with children as sometimes she can be challenging as she's not comfortable. They are good with her they know how to handle children.
Very difficult to get an appointment but the staff are very kind and helpful.

If its weekend you cannot get an appointment. Husband had infection in tooth and he was crying and couldn’t get an appointment. Out of hours appointments should be improved.
I felt that the whole journey was personalised. The reception team met me with a smile. After they completed my checks and updated my medical status. I was seen by my dentist who did a thorough assessment of my teeth. I had my teeth cleaned and polished. I was impressed with the X-ray technology they have and advice on healthy eating.
