"Happy with the practice"
Easy and good to get an appointment and they have an online and over the phone system. They will give same day appointments between 8 and 11 am or 3 to 4 pm when you call. Happy with the practice, they're all nice.

Very good. Good at giving appointments. Staff are very friendly and they give good care.
They're good. I can get a same day appointment. Sometimes I would like a female doctor. For children they are also very good. Staff are friendly and kind, they're very helpful.
Helpful and a really good practice. Easy to get appointments with them. The system is okay. I can call or go online.
Good and quite reliable.
Really good when I call at 8am. I can make appointments quickly. They listen but only give 5-10 minutes for the appointment. It isn't long enough. Getting less and less time for your appointment across the country now.
Well organised and I manage to get appointments. They have morning and afternoon slots. The answer machine will let you know if they're fully booked. Personally I find the staff very nice. They are amazing. Shortage of nurses and so I have to wait for blood tests which can take up to 3 weeks. I also get text reminders for annual check ups.
To ring for a prescription is okay but for an appointment, forget it. They don't give you one, it's hard to get an appointment. You have to go online to make one which I don't like. They're good telling you to come for vaccines but not appointments.
My check ups with the midwife are always on time, they're pretty good. Trying to get hold of them at the surgery though is like a rat race. They say appointments are all booked up and say to call back again in the afternoon. The service is good when you do see a GP or midwife though.
It's good for emergency appointments otherwise you wait 2 weeks for a non urgent appointment.
They do a questionnaire online and they get you an appointment within a few hours or the same day. If they don't have an appointment they will send you somewhere else. If it's not an urgent appointment they will book for 2 to 3 weeks time.
They're alright. I can get appointments on the phone which works well for us. No issues with them.
They're good but can't always get an appointment. I call them and the service is very good. You do have to wait an hour to get through and then they have no appointments available so sometimes we have to go to a walk in centre.
Booking appointments can be done at 8am and 3pm but the wait is so long and just not convenient. I don't see my regular doctor. My last doctor googled my issue on the computer to give me medication. Reception are fine. My husband doesn't get regular diabetes reviews either.
It's really good to be honest. They do same day examination and appointments which is good.
Very good. Some doctors are better than others but, overall they're helpful and do their job.
It's a good service. The GP is very good and professional. The receptionists are good and it is very easy to get appointments with them. When you see and speak to them they are very good and listen to me.
Good for anyone who is experiencing illness or for those who require additional mental health advice/ support; in short, the Highgate medical centre provides a helpful and therapeutic service.
Since I came to Birmingham I have not changed my general practitioner because he is really efficient. But today I went with a different Dr. She was highly efficient and a doctor in every sense of the word. She has proven her humanity and dedication to her work. I salute her very much and I hope that all doctors in the Kingdom have such morals and efficiency.
It's okay. Appointments take 6 weeks so it can be a long wait.
Sometimes I have had to wait 6 months for something in particular. They checked on the internet when my kid had chicken pox to be sure of the diagnosis. They check online a lot. I asked for a diagnosis for my child's illness one time and they kept postponing.
Very nice, quite busy and sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment on the same day but they do give a child appointments straight away.
I am very happy and satisfied with the high quality of service delivery.
Excellent GPs. They listen to you and try to help. The reception staff are also very helpful.
The GP is very kind and helpful. He has provided me with all the letters and details that I wanted for my private check up and treatment.
My GP is good. I came to the UK in 2020 and they have been so friendly to me. Everyone in the office. I live out of the area but I stay at this GP so that it is close to my children's school and I do not have to take them out and miss a day at school if they need an appointment.
Very happy with the support received in last 25 years.
My GP is very good and friendly. The challenge is to reach him. Receptionist’s act as a wall between you and your GP. They try their level best not to give you an appointment.
There's a lot of new staff there, it's very confusing. They basically don't know what's going on. You ask them a question then they say I need to speak to the manager and then they don't get back to you.
Very good GP but getting an appointment is a very difficult task for man of my age.
Last visit was good. The GP was understanding & listened carefully to my issues. I was not insecure, just got a bit anxious with the wait.
Excellent GP, always available and explains everything very well.
The practice have been really supportive, very effective in dealing with patients and the pandemic. Appointments have been available throughout the day, doctors and nurses have been really reassuring and i felt as if i was listened to and treated like an individual
Able to get an appointment on the same day. GP's are knowledgeable and give the right advice and treatment.
