They were helpful and friendly. They did their best to answer my query but ultimately they referred me back to my GP.

They're very good. Excellent. Their behaviour is excellent and they deliver medication. What more do you need?
They are okay. I collect my medication from there as it is next door to my GP surgery. It is not bad.
Very good, nice people in there. They do their jobs well. Give me my medication when I need it and don't wait overly long.
