"Managed to get a nurse appointment"
Recently moved to them. I managed to get in and get an appointment with the nurse.

They referred me to the Lily Mae foundation. They sorted it quickly. The GP was very good and has been super helpful for me.
No appointments, no answering the phone, no way you can contact them
They treat you very well and they don't rush. They book appointments and look after us.
Getting an appointment is difficult and takes a lot of time.
The doctor is good. It can be a little hard to get appointments via phone. I did get one after a while and the GP was nice.
The give me same day appointments. I don't know how to use the online system. The staff are okay and the GPs listen.
Good and accessible. I can get appointments easily. I have a good relationship with them.
I have to make appointments online. I get same day ones. I find reception alright and the check in portal but I do like to speak to a human. It's hard to get appointments with the same doctor. We only get a short time.
I don't like using vConsult to get a doctors appointment. I will be ditching my smartphone at some point in the future so I will not be able to fill out the form. There is no indication as to what question is mandatory, I had to chase my GP for a prescription and I had to fill out vConsult and there was not a suitable category. I am also deeply concerned over GPs refusing to prescribe HRT for trans patients due to wooly GMC guidelines.
My GP practice was forced into using vConsult
Very good and very helpful. I have no problems with them. I get appointments when I need them. Never have any issues with them. I don't use them that much but when I do it's a five star service. Excellent.
Excellent GP practice. Very helpful staff. I was with them for years.
I am very happy and satisfied by the high level of care provided over the years.
It's okay. I don't like that there is no privacy screen anymore. I don't like seeing the trainee. I like to see the familiar doctors that I know. There isn't a car park and the surgery is very run down. The send my a text to send over my blood pressure but they keep sending me reminders even after I've sent the result across.
Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. They don't talk to their patients in a polite tone.
I find it quite easy but sometimes they book appointments when I'm at college. When I ask they will change them though. The staff do listen but they don't always refer when you ask them to.
The GP said my son didn't have any issues even though he had blood when going to the toilet, he went to the Children's and they diagnosed him with a bowel condition.
It's difficult to get an appointment on the phone. Sometimes when I do it's okay. They could be more friendly.
Struggle to get appointments. So I take care of myself as best I can.
So I was put onto sleeping medication but was also taking other medication along with this I had been taking the meds for weeks then received a call to stop taking them as I could have gone into a coma as one of the medications caused the above issues when taken alongside the sleeping meds very unprofessional I'm currently on a load of different medicines now and don't feel entirely safe that they are looking after me and making sure each different tablet doesn't act negatively with each other I'm also mean to have regular medication reviews and I've not had anything for months this place is putting people's lives at risk and nothing is done about it
They are miles ahead of my last surgery. They see us quickly and face to face. Brilliant service and were very happy with them.
I got an appointment at the diabetic clinic and they see me every 3 months. I can get general appointments with them as well. I have no issues.
Very good. I will give them 5 stars.
Being a gold/platinum patients (cancer and over 80 years of age) means when you call they will see mom within 24 hours, but for myself, it pushes me back. The dementia check over the phone was pretty useless. I did get a text about an hour later to say they had found the power of attorney part at the front, as the doctor wasn't aware of it. He was very condescending and doing it to tick a box and they're not actually interested in your answers. As a carer you don't have all of this extra time to be wasted I think what was the point.
Very good surgery and the GP tries to listen to me in detail and provide the help I need all of the time.
There were always loads of queues, it was difficult to book appointments and they didn't always have an interpreter. I ended up moving elsewhere as there was an interpreter there.
They are very good and helpful. My GP is always available when I need him.
Weren’t too bad at first, rang last week with bad ears, throat and chest and was told to go to badger. Could be closest to the number in beginning and still don’t get an appointment. Had to call NHS 111 for daughter a few weeks back.
Not the best – Last week son was ill I phoned at 8am after 10 attempts I was caller no 26. They saw him as priority patient at 9:30. Getting repeat prescription can take an hour to get through prescription line. They offer prescription service online but not for children. Contemplated moving but they know our history.
Not great, they don’t see you face to face.
I would not take my family if they were dying. Just awful. Only time they contact you is for asthma or diabetes check because they get funding. Staff are lovely just something wrong with practice polices.
Not very good. When you phone them you have to call at 8am, there's no appointments left, then you have to do the same thing the next day. They don't let you pre-book appointments, they always come up with an excuse.
Its hard to access them, hard to get an appointment. The phone, you have to call at 8am, so many times I've called I've been on the phone an hour and then no appointments, so have to call the next day. I'm from another country and I don't want to explain to the receptionist. It's hard to be referred. Worried about some moles, I told the doctors and they do not care. I feel like they don't care or take me serious. They do prioritise kids.
I used to be able to use the NHS app to get prescriptions, but they said I can only use it to order 3 times, but then they said I cannot access it.
Covid has made it difficult. They don't do face to face appointments but can speak to them over the telephone. I do get support from my support worker in accessing the doctors but it's hard to get access to the face-to-face appointments. I've been asking for a while to see someone face to face and the receptionists don't listen, they're not very understanding.
I can't understand why you have to wait weeks and weeks for an appointment. You end up ringing 111 or end up using A&E in the hospital to see someone. The surgery does not let anybody in, The midwives cannot even run their clinics from the surgery. Then they ask you to send pictures of the issue, what if I can't.
Far too many practices together. Tried for two days to get in touch. Cannot wait on phone as I am a sole carer. They are still registering new patients when they can’t cope with ones they have got. Long wait for receptionist to answer the phone.
No confidentiality of patients details discussed loudly in the waiting room so people can hear.
Generally good but..phones very busy and need to call many times
Exemplary care from all
Hi you call them for prescriptions etc and have to listen to a prerecorded message for 3 minutes then to be connected and its engaged and your disconnected. This can happen continually until you give up.
It's a ridiculous battle to get an appointment, but when you finally get to see a dr they are great. As it is a teaching practice I rarely see the same dr twice but they are very knowledgable and helpful. I always walk out feeling better than when I went in; if only I could get an appointment.
Really bad. No one answers the phone. Can not get a appointment.
Phone consultation was ok with photographs sent via website.
Have to wait a long time for an appointment and end up waiting ages to be seen when I do get an appointment. Care is okay but they don’t always explain things as well as they can so I end up having to go back for further treatment.
When I have used them they’ve been ok.
Sometimes I can get an appointment and sometimes I can’t. I have asked for an appointment before and was told to wait for two weeks. Somebody after me got an appointment straight away which is not fair. Some receptionists are good and others not so good. When I see the doctor the care is generally ok.
Really do not like the practice or my GP. Always get different doctors giving different care. So no consistency. I avoid going there, I hope the problem goes away. Only go if I am disparate.
Not great. Can’t always get to see the same doctor. All they could do was sand me to counselling as they really don’t understand mental health. They couldn’t even prescribe my medication. They have asked me to go A&E on number of occasions. The GP even didn’t refer me to FTB, I did it myself.
Been with GP over 50 years – fantastic service. Always looked after – no issues.
