"Good care from community midwife"
I see my community midwife at my GP surgery. They provide a very good service and my midwife is lovely and easy to talk to.

Rubbish. They don't give you appointments and you can never see a doctor. The care is non existent. I moved GP now.
I get the help and support I need. It's easy to make appointments. I called them this morning and they will arrange appointments quickly.
They prescribed me two weeks of medication and not a month. I have to call more often. They don't respect patients.
If I book online it's good but if I call there are no appointments. The online form allows up to 2 days to reply but the GP does it quicker. I get huge help and I'm really happy with it.
GP is OK, it's the receptionist that is very abrupt. I made a complaint spoke to the practice manager 4/5 years ago and recently it's happening again. It was awful. Very unprofessional, very ill mannered, cut off the phone to you, screaming on the phone. I am asking for my son's referral as he's having antibiotics. I am trying to explain to the receptionist, she's trying to just get me off the phone. Not sense of professionalism. I asked to be passed on to someone else as the doctor knows about the referral, but she said NO. The GP practice manager is going to call me back. Every time it's just an apology, sorry is just a word. Twice I have tried to resolve this with the practice manager. Also he doesn't call me back, I always have to call him back. They don't call me back. Her answer when you calling is 'what do you want now?'. This just not professional. It's not a family business or a social club, just do the job you are supposed to do.
When I ring them the line is busy. I went there and they said there were no appointments and to call again the next day. It's very stressful to get an appointment or get through.
They're okay and treat you well. I have been with them for 25 years.
They're okay. Hard to get appointments. They shouldn't send you home without medication.
Very quick at giving me an appointment and I can see my own GP all of the time.

Oh, my GP is wonderful. They're very responsive. In fact, when I call and I get no response they phone me back. I have no concerns at all. They are wonderful.

It's good, I have been able to get appointments. I see different doctors but they're all very good.

Everything was alright for me. I had a fall on the day and everything that could go wrong did, but the check up was okay.
Wonderful doctors and nurses. A five star service.
The GPs and support staff are okay. I have to wait ages to get an appointment on the phone.
It's my second time today trying to get through on the phones and they have no appointments. I'm just going to have to go to a walk in. They're not delivering a service at all.
Getting an appointment is not a problem but they ask you to do it online which I have problems with, but when I call instead they make one for me that way. There is no language barrier either. They can't update me with the referral times either.
I have good experiences here from the receptionists and doctors. They have good attention to detail. The only bad thing is having to wait.
The staff and GPs provide excellent advice and care.
Sometimes I wait too long and sometimes I can't see the doctor, they don't answer the phones either.
My GP is very kind and helpful. I can easily get appointments all of the time.
Not good at giving appointments and always tell you to go to the pharmacy. I phoned them and they just wouldn't give me an appointment. It's very difficult.
I am good with the services. They tell me to book appointments. There is a young doctor who is very good and thorough. There is a women doctor there who is horrible. The diabetics ladies are very good. They give me tangible information that helps with my diabetes. I need help with my feet, I needed new insoles (custom made) and the doctor refused and told me to go to Poundland. I went to another doctor and they referred me for treatment and the insoles.
Really useless. You can't book appointments with them. I find them absolutely useless.
Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Please contact the practice and ask to speak with the practice manager.
The nurse was good. The service was good. CBP check was carried out and everything was fine.
Thank you for your feedback
It's really hard to book a GP appointment. 2-3 weeks, even online. My GP practice has got an online appointments system and its still hard to book an appointment The staff are okay. All the time its like that. I think calling them is easier to get an appointment.
Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Please contact the practice and ask to speak with the practice manager.
The whole experience of getting an appointment is terrible. Not been able to get an appointment and feeling comfortable with doctors for giving wrong medicines. I feel not listened to and not a good service.
Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Please contact the practice and ask to speak with the practice manager.
They're okay but I don't have to use them really. They offer me over the phone or face to face appointments but I prefer face to face appointments.
Thank You for your feedback.
Okay, said they would give me a call later on today as I told them I'm not feeling great and they said they would call me this evening. They said they would call me to come in if they need me to.
Thank you for your feedback
every thing was good and well
Thank you for your feedback.
It's a hassle to get in, I can stay on the phone to them for hours. I will call when the children are ill, but I do dread when the children are ill as I feel like there is not enough staff, so feel like I don't want to call incase it's not that serious.
Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Please contact the practice and ask to speak with the practice manager.
I call at 8am or 7:59am and can get an appointment which is usually over the phone. I do prefer an appointment over the phone as they will usually send a link for me to send pictures through to of things such as my babies eczema, I think this works for me. They prescribed my son medication after reviewing his pictures, which was sent to the pharmacy to be picked up the same day.
Thank you for your feedback
Very good. Normal getting through, could take 30 mins. Then get phone appointment with doctor. Sometimes will see me face to face.
Okay, always get appointment had no problem.
I have been on the phone over an hour trying to book an appointment for my mum being the 6th caller waiting surely doesn’t take 13 minutes or so to book each appointment. How rubbish is the system! They just leave a silly sound playing.
I can get appointments, they're sound. They give me appointments, but it can be hard over the phone because I have anxiety and I want to talk to somebody face to face.
GP is very helpful but difficult to get an appointment.
If I get an appointment with my doctor, he always helps me, I have only seen one doctor. They have an app where you can choose a doctor, tell them what your issue is and they came back - this works for me.
Complete and utter waste of time. Never get through to them when phoning them and when you do, there's no appointments available. The receptionists are very rude. The GP gives advice to go buy medicines over the counter.
Good able to get appointments.
The appointments are mostly on phone but they do see you face to face if its urgent.
Because of covid no doctor want to see patients. I have a question if emergency services like food ,meds are always open and people serve there, they are not very intelligent enough to save themselves from covid but I think doctor's have been equipped with that knowledge. As a nurse one can not treat patients virtually, same is in GP surgeries, how can a doctor advice without seeing a patient, or virtually, non touch technique can be used at surgeries, or PPE kits are available to prevent self. I am always thinking about it if it is covid or no covid doctor's in GP surgeries keep boundaries and helpless patients keep waiting.
Dear Patient,
I would be grateful if you would contact the practice and ask to speak with me to enable a thorough investigation.

Prescription Ordering Direct (POD)Telephone services are totally inadequate when ordering Repeat Prescriptions...last time I was No. 29 in a queue and the call cost in excess of £5.
Ok
Can't get through on the phone
I have had very poor experience from this GP Practice, the reception staff in particular are rude to patients, I always try to avoid going to the GP even when I desperately need to all because of their poor and inexperienced customer service.
Dear Patient,
Thank you for your feedback. Can you please contact the practice to discuss the matter further.
Very good
Thank You
Can never get an appointment... The reception answer machine is on and says they are closed... Baring in mind it says they are open Monday-friday 8am-6.30pm... Absolutely rubbish service and they don't care for their patients at all!!
Dear Patient,
I would be grateful if you would contact the practice and ask to speak with me to enable a thorough investigation.

Difficult to book appointment when my husband need to see his GP. He has to ring on the day, often the phone is not answered. Last week he walked into the surgery to ask if he could book an appointment, because he could not get one through the phone and was told they can only book appointments when patients telephone in. how ridiculous ! when the line is constantly engaged and you can’t through this way.
Dear Patient,
I would be grateful if you would contact the practice and ask to speak with me to enable a thorough investigation.

Appointments are always fully booked. Medication will be paid for by ourselves as GP's can't prescribe them.
I am on a low income and buying medicine over the counter has a financial effect on my family and children. I feel waiting times are long and when seen by GP lasts 10-15 minutes. I am concerned if I am buying the right medicine to administer to for myself or family.
