"Easy to make appointments"
Appointments are easy to make and they listen and prescribe me something if needed.

My medication needs to be changed. They try and speak to the GP for me but the GP isn't very good and doesn't listen. The pharmacy staff are very good.
Good. Sometimes they're quick sometimes they take a long time. I haven't used them for advice.
They're nice, you can have a laugh with them. I feel like they know me and they greet me when I go in. They are good there.
I had an ear ache and NHS 111 sent me here. They said they were busy and was given an appointment for 8.30 and when I got there, there was no one there. I saw a nurse practitioner and they said I had a hole in my ear drum and gave me antibiotics drops which didn't work as I had a hole in my ear drum and they just kept trickling down my throat. The examination was thorough just thinking they prescribed the wrong thing. I ended up going back to my GP on the Wednesday and saw a paramedic. They prescribed different antibiotics and sorted the issue.
I have been trying over a year to get an appointment and I am not getting anywhere. I call everyday and they have no appointment, they don’t make one in advance. It’s just so hard. I am still left in pain and don’t know what to do.
They sort out my medication and have it ready for me when i come out of my appointment, they're very good.
Used to use this service but they used to take a week to come, they were messing about.
