"Always explain well"
I go every 6 months. They always talk through what they're going to do.

The staff were very friendly, clear and helpful, especially for my son who had his first time at a dentist
I have visited them many times, the care is second to none.
It's difficult to get appointments and the reception staff are rude.
Mostly busy but staff are very helpful and always try to help.
Good but I have to pay for NHS treatment initially as no NHS spaces which was fine. I had to have tooth paste on prescription and kept asking if they had NHS patient spaces and they put me on the list, but they said they'd do it as a one off.
They're alright. I get the help and what I need from them.
Fast response and good communication with their customers. Good area, no bad experience however privacy problems.
They've been good too. I don't even contact them, they contact me. It's easy to get to and I get my regular check ups.
I needed a filling right at the beginning of lockdown (March). I had to wait until December before they would see me even though they were seeing patients. They said it wasn't an emergency. By the time I went, the decay had spread to another tooth. I ended up have one extraction and another big filling.
