"Improving"
They're improving. The staff are improving, doctors are good. The receptionists could be kinder.

Good, they give us same day appointments. They're good. They listen, they also refer when needed.
Not very good and very frustrating as you call an they say they're fully booked. It can take days to get booked in after calling them.
I call as soon as they open at 8 in the morning and they lines are always busy. You do get appointments when you get through. The staff are friendly. It's just the process.
I contacted at 8:30am to make an appointment and they saw me the same day. They offer call backs so you don't have to wait on the phone.
At times it is challenging getting appointments but overall the GPs and support staff are good.
Very good people
The reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. They don't listen to patients at all.
- Very poor understanding of trans/non binary identities
- Poor understanding of autism
- Extremely difficult to get through to them over the phone
- Always making mistakes - mostly minor however some more significant
- Have been told false information by them many times due to their lack of knowledge about certain topics
No good as they don't give you an appointment. The GP doesn't see you. They say there aren't any doctors. When you do get an appointment you're waiting to see the GP for at least half an hour but if your 5 minutes late they won't see you.
They're good. Doing well. They always answer the calls and give you an appointment. They listen to me. They referred my daughters onto other specialists, one for hearing and the other health observations. They attend to us well.
My parents are with them for a very long time. A few years ago the service standards were very good but after covid things have gone downwards. I can't get appointments with my GP.
Very kind and helpful staff. Reception staff always go an extra mile for me.
They're not good. I struggle with them answering the phones and they have no online service. Getting repeat prescriptions is a pain, the prescription line is only open after 12pm and it doesn't stay open all day. I see different doctors each time I go, I would prefer to see the same GP but I'm not given that option.
Tried getting appointment with GP with no luck
Hard to get appointments but that's how it is now with most places. They won't give on the day appointments and I'll often struggle to get an appointment with them. Just a struggle in general.
Its good and fast pace but sometimes I have to wait which is acceptable.
Can't get an appointment. If you can get an appointment it's always with a locum doctor and not a doctor who knows your history. Appintments are mostly over the phone, face to face is rare. I can't request certain doctors.
Really good, able to get appointments, never had any problems. They see me especially when I have any questions or want them to look my baby if I am unsure about something. Really accessible and really good.
It came to a point where I'd call and they'd tell me to go straight to NHS 111. I said but why should we do that if I've just called first thing in the morning. My daughter needed to be seen. So I told them to make an appointment and in the end they did, but it shouldn't be so hard.
Can't get an appointment
It’s NHS, Can get appointments. First have to register. Group of doctors excellent.
I don't like going to the doctors because I don't like having injections.
They don't answer the phone quickly. Doctor sorts out the medication and send it to the pharmacy. They don't do the job properly.
They're were too busy to answer the phones, especially during Covid when I needed an appointment for my 5 year old son. I have since moved to another surgery.
They say ring between 8 am and 9 am but they don't answer arfer 9am they say we are fully booked
Very difficult to get appointments.
Very good GP now they have got to know my daughter. They have a care plan in place and review her medication regularly. She has blood tests every month and if needed they issue medication.
Okay
Poor
Complained multiple times but no change at all. Reception staff does not even know how to talk politely. They start shouting at patients. The phone system is rubbish, they don't even have the option to speak to the receptionist regarding the already booked appointments. No system to rearrange an appointment. You have to spend 15 minutes on hold to speak to an advisor despite being the 1st one in the queue.
