Very kind and helpful team.
Very long waits for dental appointments. I have been waiting for an appointment for the last 3 months. They have cancelled my appointment twice due to staff being on leave.
I was treated there a number of times as an NHS patient. The care and treatment was to a very high standard.
Good. The old dentist retired in lockdown. The new dentist has a more modern approach than the old one. They pre-book appointments or send a text to say it's due.
My mother went for her dental treatment and was not very happy with the service received.
They don’t provider interpreter at all and they expect me to bring family member. There is lack of communication between dentist and NHS interpretation provider.
