It's hard to get an appointment when you call them. There's no online system. You're always in a queue when calling them. They don't pre-book appointments either. They tell you to call 111 or go to urgent care.
Anxiety and concerns were shared with her about my health. She was attentive and listened to me and gave me advice. She did not rush or make me feel that my health was not a priority.
Everything is good, I can get appointments on the same day. No changes needed.

I have been using this GP all of my life and the doctors and nurses have been great but I find it hard to book an appointment as a student and when I call the waiting time is always too long. So I think it would be nice if there are more call operators so that people can be readily attended to when they ring the GP.

They're not good. It's a battle to get in, you're in queues for half an hour then there's no appointments. They used to have a walk in service at the back and that's stopped, so you avoid going. Then I have to call up the next day to try to get an appointment again.
I have been with this GP practice for majority of my 29 years, and I have to say it is disgraceful trying to get an appointment that I have to pay privately. They do not have a digital system to book appointments which would make life easier, instead you have to call and wait to be answered. The only time I was able to get an appointment was when I rang 30 minutes earlier than the due time, and had a referral to the hospital for a scan - which would not have happened if I had not have rang early by mistake. When I do call they say that GP appointments are unavailable. I am able to have a blood test and see a nurse yet I cannot see a GP it is practically impossible.
I was referred to the urgent care Centre from the GP for blood tests. It was quick, it didn't take too long.

Doctors will tell you to go there, the doctor will tell you to go there with an appointment they've made for you. But sometimes the appointment will be at 6pm and if you need a prescription it's not good as the pharmacy will be closed at that time.
No support, no help and no appointments. Very disappointed by the poor level of service delivery.
