"Haven't heard from them"
I registered in 2024 but didn't hear from them. I called them two weeks later and they told me I was already registered. I asked for an appointment and then my first one got cancelled. I couldn't attend the second one and I've never heard from them since.
"Difficult to get an appointment"
It's sometimes difficult to get an appointment over the phone. They tell you that you can only call in the morning and if you call late there are no appointments left.

I have anxiety and I go to the GP to see a psychologist every 2 months. I find it very helpful.

I get regular check ups and they are very very good. They book me in straight away and they always send my medication requests to the pharmacy on time.

They're taking ages in referring me to a specialist for back pain.

It's good. I am able to get appointments. They are online and then you can see them in person, it's very good.

I have been with the surgery for the last 10 years. The GPs are very good and helpful. The reception team are very kind and caring.

Care here is good but you have to chase up appointments with them which can be difficult.
"They made my dad worse"
The GP put dad on pills, they are pill happy. They put him on more pills without checking his history which made him so much worse and ended up in hospital. They need to check things instead of rushing all of the time.
"Late repeat prescriptions. Long waits."
When you call them your on the phone for hours then they pick up and say there are no appointments. They give my sister her repeat prescriptions late and they blame one another. They don't have doctors, they get you to talk to a pharmacist instead of the doctor.
"Service has gone downhill Greenfield Medical Practice"
The service here as gone down hill since covid. The receptionist take forever to answer the phone (sometimes waiting over 25 mins for a call to be answered) when before covid they were a lot quicker. You still can't get a face to face appointment with the GP in over 13 months. There is no nurse working there, only ad-doc nurse whom supposedly works two days a week but is never there when I try to book an appointment.
