Very friendly service, much better than before. Everything is online and the system is much better. It's improved immensely.

GP is always available for help and advice. Easy to get appointments.
Kids are never ill so don’t know us they signpost us but not really helpful. Feel let down on all levels.
Can’t always see a doctor, seen a nurse face to face but only spoken to a doctor over the phone. Can’t get through when you are on the phone 30th in the queue. The doctors are over worked. You have to call on 8am to get through.
Long waiting time to see GP.
