"Usually very good"
It's quite good as long as you use the online system and they call you back within the hour. Usually very good.

Rude reception staff and I can't get an appointment with a GP.
Five stars for the great support they have provided.
The GP picked up the cancer and referred my mom to Good Hope on time.
My parents can't get an appointment most of the time and have to call NHS 111 in emergencies to get an appointment at urgent treatment centres.
They're really good usually. I can get appointments eventually. I can sometimes wait a day or two to be seen. They are good with the kids and see them fast. They make them feel comfortable, especially when it comes to vaccines.
Informed by text from the surgery to book a doctors appointment due to diabetes blood test. I have now phoned 6 times using their directives 8am etc; and have not been able to book an appointment.
I am a patient with heart problems and I am worried about this situation?
A very good experience throughout covid. Appointments are easy to get and the doctors and nurses are kind and helpful.
My recent experience with them has been very good.
They use an e-consult which can only be used between 9 -3 and can be a bit clunky. Mum thought she wasn’t able to phone and make appointments but if you do not use online services they will let you book over the phone. Receptionists are nice. Use to be difficult but now are nicer.
Its good, can get appointments with them. I go to the surgery ask for an appointment. They are quite quick. Good move going there.
I rang the centre for advice regarding my medication. The reception staff were so nice and so helpful that any anxiety I had about ringing just went away. In fact the lady I spoke to made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and that if I wanted to talk she was willing to listen. They were fantastic. Thank you so much.
No long waits on phones and can get appointments.
The GP here is good. I always find them helpful. Bit of a wait sometimes but the staff are good. They do what they can for you and can get an appointment eventually too.
I have been trying to get an appointment to see the GP since just after Christmas. I have called on numerous occasions, and then have to wait in cue. It’s times I’m number 27 in the cue, only to be told when I do get through that there are no more appointments. I cannot even get a telephone call back. On Thursday last week, I managed to get through to be told that I could get an appointment with the nurse or the Advance Nurse Practitioner. When I gave a short summary to the receptionist of my reason to see the doctor, it transpired that neither of those 2 professionals would be able to help me as it would be something that only the GP would be able to help with. However, I would have to be placed on a list and informed that I would get a call in 1-2 weeks time. This is absolutely ridiculous service. In the meantime, I will continue to be in excruciating plain. Really not happy with the service.
Tried to contact the surgery at 8am yesterday, 288 times I tried before I could get into the call queue and after 20 minutes in the queue there were no appointments left, told to call 111 or go to pharmacy. Went to pharmacist who was brilliant gave me eye drops but couldn't help with my ears as was outside their expertise and said I needed to see a doctor. So tried calling throughout the day for any cancellations but there were none this brings me to today!
I tried calling again from 8am, 299 times before I got in the queue today! And guess what no appointments again! Was told to speak to 111 as they could get me an appointment. After breaking down in tears I called 111 who passed me through to Warren Farm. I had a call back from a wonderful nurse who stated that she believes the infection I have has burst my ear drums and prescribed antibiotics but stated I need an appointment next week with a doctor to check my ear drums, I just laughed.
I have called the surgery to request an appointment for next week and they have passed the request to a doctor to see if the doctor wants to book me an appointment. Let's see if the doctor can be bothered to see me. I won't hold my breath.
They're not good. I can't get an appointment. They tell me to call before 8am, I call on the stroke of 7:59, end up in a queue of 30 people then when they finally answer, all the appointments have gone. If you do manage to get a phone appointment, they don't give you a specific time so you could end up missing it. I complained to the practice manager and they agreed they need to change the process and give call back appointment times.
My elderly mother had an appointment booked today, and nurse phoned to say she is too busy, so booked her for next week. She is feeling very weak. I can't keep taking days off i work, i work in a Pharmacy. Changing surgery now.
My father in-laws medication is always short . 1 hour 25 minutes to get through. Doctor for got to give my dad is heart medication. Took a week to correct. My father has extreme anxiety each month. Can’t see a doctor appointments never available. Despite going in my self to a empty reception at 9am . Still unwilling to allow my father inlaw a medical review . He’s 2 years due
I have a mental illness and can't get to see or speak to my GP
45 minutes to get though then get receptionist who has attitude and thinks there doctors. Was refused to been by a doctor because masks arent mandatory.
Unable to get appointments unable to get to see nurses Receptionists who think they are doctors
No face to face appointment offered all assessed over the phone
Can not get to visit the Dr I don't even know who my Dr is??
There isn't one at the moment. Can't get through by phone. Can't go into the surgery.
Poor service can never get through and when I do not much help is available.
Its ok. issue is always getting an appointment. its a small practice and the care is good when needed although I sent to other places for certain care-ie; blood tests- my old practise used to have everything under one roof which was much better.
No problems, been here since I was born and never had any problems, I always receive good care.
