My son is with this surgery he has a shoulder issue when he called the surgery for an appointment the receptionist told him to call at 8am but he said I am at work at 8am. The receptionist said what can I do then.
Very difficult to get an appointment, can’t see my GP at all. Few days ago nurse from hospital came and booked an appointment for me with GP. That too is after one week.
No communication with patients
Rude receptionists - I was laughed at on more than one occasion
Fobbed off constantly about results
Mixed messages from admin staff about results
Even though they are extremely busy they are very helpful going above and beyond to assist me with my query, they contacted me afterwards to check that I had received my prescription and how I was feeling, I managed to get an appointment to see my doctor when I needed to be seen, staff are under pressure but are professional as always
