"A terrible service"
The service provided by GP is terrible. It's so extremely difficult to get an appointment. When you do see a doctor you see a different one every time and have to keep explaining your problems/treatment/medical history over and over again which wastes time. They tell you to book via an app online but I don't know how to use the app and struggle using online systems and the internet.
"I find the online system difficult"
They have changed the way they make appointments and it's now online. I find it difficult to get an appointment. I have been with the practise for the last 43 years however since Covid its bad. I'm not computer literate at my age. They have also stopped my annual blood test at the surgery.
"Take so long"
They take so long I may as well be in Bolivia. They tell you that you need a blood test and then it will take a week or so book one in even though it would take them a minute to do. It's taken 9 months to get heart medication which doesn't cause awful side effects.
"Really good service."
The service was really good there to be fair. They helped me. They sorted out medication. They were really good.
