It's very difficult to get an appointment. I call them at 8:00am and their lines are busy all the time. I can never get an appointment and have to go to A&E most of the time.
Excellent GP. referred me on time for cancer screening. I can get appointments very easily.
Find it pretty convenient, quick and easy to get appointments and seen. They are quick in responses as well.
Gave me a web address, it was a long process to get an appointment but the doctor at Erdington was excellent.
I spoke to a Nurse Practitioner within a day and was referred to see a GP. I easily booked an appointment and had a good choice of appointments.
Unfortunately the Badger clinic is really hard to get to these days. It's unfortunate that there isn't any way to get there on public transport and there is limited parking.
It would be really good if there were an accessible surgery in South Birmingham.
The GP was great and really helpful.

Instant appointment online, then they decide which walk in location to go. Speed is good but there communication internally is not good, so I am transferring back to my previous GP.
