"Staff are very good"
Medication is ready on time. The GP send it across to them within days. The staff are very good here.

They deliver medication, but they are not a very good pharmacy and they did not deliver my medication. There are support workers who help with mental health
After 2 attempts to collect my prescription I was told their stockists are out of stock they recommended an alternative which they said was in stock. I had to get another prescription sent over from the doctors which I gave 24 hours before attempting to collect, to be told it was not in stock and to call back after 12 that day, which I did to be told again it would be in stock after 12 today. I called prior to going to collect to check my prescription was there and they said it was there and just needed to be made up. I went to pharmacy after 1.5 hours to be told pharmacist was at lunch for another 20 minutes? I am now having to go back a 6th time in the hope to collect. I know I am not the only person to experience this as there was another customer on one of my visits complaining about the same issue. I never find this pharmacy helpful or compassionate
They never get it right. They're really helpful but they never get it right and then they have to get the GP to redo the prescription.
Excellent advice and service provided all of the time.
Very good, no long waits for medication. I recently went for a sore throat and they gave me good advice and medication. Really happy with the service.
Very happy with service, pharmacist very helpful. counter staff friendly and helpful. nice place
Very good and helpful all the time
Awful. Unreliable, a posters around shop ask for 48 hours notice for prescriptions but they always take 3-4 days. Pharmacist condescending, service in store slow. The girls on the counter are great and getting a lot of flack from disgruntled customers.
Staff are rude and are not wearing face mask
As advertised on Facebook
I saw a photo on Twitter with the gospel Lane pharmacy price ticket
£11.64 for a packet of Calpol, infant suspension, strawberry flavour. Robbery is the only applicable word.
