"Poor management"
Poor adherence to Guidelines. No nursing leadership. Take advantage of Staff from abroad. Poor pay rates for staff. Disregard to COVID-19 staff shielding and Furloughing Guidelines. No transparency and poor duty of Candour displayed. Complete disregard to putting the residents and staff as a priority. An "apparent approach from new management" that "profit" is a priority.
