"Hard to get appointments"
The staff at the surgery are nice but it's hard to get an appointment. I have waited 8 days before for an appointment and I have had to take my children to the hospital when I have been unable to get them seen by the doctor. The only mental health support I have been getting has been from my GP they have been managing my medication, other than managing with medication I have had no other support.

I love that I can order my repeat prescriptions on the NHS App which has made things a lot easier. Every clinician I’ve had over the last decade has been understanding, compassionate and listened to my concerns. They communicate well and do want to give a shout out to one Dr for being a conscientious and understanding clinician!

They are a good practice to be honest. I have been quite a few times for migraines. I was sent on for blood tests to another practice which was able to do it. They sent the results back to my GP within a week and they said everything was okay.

My experience of Glebe Farm Road Surgery has been that the doctors are good but I have experienced difficulties trying to get an appointment. It is such a problem that to be honest I don't bother trying to get an appointment when I need one.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional care at Glebe Farm Road Surgery. The doctors have been incredibly helpful and empathetic, demonstrating a truly excellent duty of care. In particular, one Dr provided a very insightful phone consultation, while another Dr excelled during our in-person consultation. The adjustments made to my treatment were handled with precision, and a Nurse stood out for her meticulous attention to detail in ensuring I received the necessary tests for my condition. What truly impressed me, however, was the way the entire staff made me feel like part of their family. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication to patient care are truly commendable.

I had a GP come out and visit me at home when I needed it. They never say no to an appointment but you never see the same doctor twice. They never turn you away, but you can't relate to them. I don't like the receptionist, I just can't stand her.

I had to go for a blood test. I went to the chemist for a blood pressure check. The doctor sent a message asking to do it at home. When you call them they don't answer the phone. They want you to do everything online. I had a message come through saying that I had missed my appointment and refused to treat my ulcers on my leg.

Can't complain. I can get both a face to face or over the phone appointment, depends what I ask for. Excellent staff, receptionists and the doctors.

Had a blood test and then went back the next day and they said I could book in to see the doctor the next week. They did a medication review and changed my medication. I told them I had stiffness in my hands and they said they would send me for an x-ray and 2 weeks later an appointment came through for Heartlands Hospital for an X-ray.

They are ok, can get face to face appointment. If I can’t get a face to face appointment to see a GP, they will get someone to call back.

I am able to phone them up and get through to make an appointment with ease. If I request a face to face appointment, they will usually give me one too.

They are really good when I need an appointment, when they offer me a consultation on the phone and I ask to be seen face to face, they book me in to come into the practice. I am also able to get through to them easily on the phone.

I have had face to face appointments when I had my bloods done. I have had an over the phone appointment but they have called me in if they think I need to be seen face to face.

I am going there since I was 4, they were ok but recently its very difficult to speak to them. you can only speak to them on phone if you are lucky and every time its a new voice on other side.
