"A pretty good doctors surgery"
The surgery is pretty good and I can usually get an appointment when I need one. Sometimes they have referred me to the pharmacy which has been fine too.

My mom called them as I was throwing up blood. I had tonsilitis. They told me they didn't have any appointments.
Very good and helpful GP. I can get appointments easily.
Attended my appointment on time but they let people go infront who were after me without any communication
We manage to get appointments and they are compassionate and listen to the problem.
I went for an appointment and was referred onto physiotherapy. The GP is good.
Getting appointments is good. I am quite satisfied with my GP.
Fine, I can get appointments with them and they don't drag their feet.
GPs are good and reception staff helpful. No complaints.
Long queues on the phone and by the time you get through all of the appointments are gone. Quite good it's just hard getting to see them. Receptionists can be rude on the phone.
The midwives are really good here. Always there. The midwife calls me to check up on me. I don't have to wait for appointments. I call up and she gets me in.
They are good. I don't have any complaints. If I need an appointment they'll book it, but I don't have any complaints for them. Sometimes they don't have the same day but they'll book an appointment for the next day.
One person has TB at home and has had a problem with their chest for a long time. Was sent for blood test but they say it's allergies and to take tablets. But now they're saying its something else which is why we were referred onto the Chest Hospital.
My mom noticed a lump on the 7th may and went to the nurse practitioner who diagnosed her with an infection and gave her antibiotics. They said if they didn't work to go back to the GP. She went back and saw the GP and they felt the lump and did an urgent 2 week referral, so she is here at the hospital today. There were no delays.
Rarely go, because I go to hospital as they deal with my condition. Family have said can take some time to get appointments with them but if they call at 9am they can get a same day appointment.
it was great, they have good team
Excellent service and easily accessible.
The GP was very professional and took care in my clinical examination. The reception staff are also very kind and will do they can to try and accommodate your needs.
They don’t give you appointments with GP, to my surprise they send you to healthcare assistant or community pharmacist for minor health issues. Which is rubbish they don’t know anything and its waste of time & effort.
Told the GP to transfer me to hospital, he took a while then that's when they found out I had Crohn's Disease also when my mom requested for my energy drink to change to yogurt style he said 'why is she changing it?'
