"Good but don't see them face to face"
It is a good surgery, however, they rarely see you face to face. I don't know how they can diagnose and treat over the phone. They have online and telephone booking which is good.

Communication and care is good. No difficulties getting appointments, including face to face and on the same day.
They give a good service. The parking can be difficult.
The one doctor made me feel like I was contacting them too much. Their response was, have you got health anxiety. They were reluctant to give me any help. They misdiagnosed me and you have to chase them for everything.
Very limited and haven't seen her for years. They did put a referral in for sleep support. They couldn't offer us a face to face but a telephone appointment. They did listen to our concerns and followed up appropriately.
A very helpful GP. Excellent care and treatment provided during my pregnancy.
They ask you to do everything online. I have called them a number of times for appointments and they have told me to do it online. I am not good with using a computer.
They're pants at the minute. Waiting for blood tests as it's coming back abnormal. You always see a locum not my own GP and they're not sending me for further tests. They're rubbish.
They're no good. You can't get appointments. They'd rather not see me. They're disgusting.
They won't see me Face to Face. The times I have phoned. It's a locum doctor and if it's her or the locum then appointments are still over the phone. They prescribe wrong medication. Had to pay for the medication that didn't work to then go back to them and they prescribed me something else which I then had to pay another £10.00 for. It's ridiculous. The GP needs to see us Face to Face. How can they tell what's going on over the phone.
Done referral for son to pediatrician but not had appointment though yet. GP is lazy and not interested in patients. Don’t want to tell receptionist what’s wrong. Just want them to help at the time I call. I called them when my son had a high temperature and they said they will call back. I have still not heard from them after couple of hours. Again I called and they said they will call back but they didn’t. I called NHS 111 and they told me to go to Children’s hospital. The next day GP surgery called and asked why I took him to Hospital and made me feel like I was wasting the hospital’s time.
Alright can get appointments, book an appointment or go down. Can request medicines on NHS app and done. Picked up prostate cancer.
Doctor referred son for blood tests on 17th Nov, gave appointment for December when I was on holiday, but rearranged for today. Happy with how long it took.
A three year old with a high temperature over 4 days should surely get to see their family GP but after being on hold for an hour, we are told there are no appointments: got a link to say someone should call in the next two days!! This is not the first time, I cannot remember the last time my grandson actually got to see the GP. Whatever happened to this family practice? You used to be a proper caring practice now you hire ignorant, rude, uncaring staff to block us at every call. I got so fed up with them that after 60 years I left and joined another practice. They haven't even noticed!
Trying to get an appointment, you end up on hold for 30 minutes. If I can't get an appointment, I end up using the badger clinic in Erdington. But when you do see the doctor, it's a good experience.
2 x men attacked someone from the College injuring colleague near your surgery
I have history of Pneumonia. I called the surgery for an appointment and receptionist told me to book appointment online. Its quite difficult to book an appointment online. She was on phone and I was trying to book online, it took me 1 hour to book an appointment online. She could have done it on phone but she made me do it online, which is horrible.
It would be nice to see a dr how many pensioners would know how to send a photo.
Great no issues if anything easier to speak to them.
