"System doesn't work"
I find it very hard to get an appointment. The system doesn't work and it's made it difficult to get appointments at convenient times.

They're rubbish as well. Can never get an appointment there. No telephone or online appointments available. They're rubbish so I end up going to a walk-in as they're more helpful.
Terrible. It's hard to make appointments and it makes you feel anxious. There is no urgency from them and you know what the answer is going to be.
Not very proactive. I have never had a meds review in about 14 years. I order repeats meds every 2 months and they have never checked to see what's going on.
I was cautious at first as I had heard about racism at the surgery but so far it has been good. It's not easy to get an appointment. The last time they gave my son a same day appointment which was good. They have also done my blood test which was good too.
Fine, not too bad. Generally okay getting appointments and the staff are pleasant.
They're okay. Always good with the kids. Generally really good and very helpful.
I have recently lost my dad so I forgot to order my prescription on time receptionist refused to do anything to help me 0/10 do not recommend
Appointments for the same day are so hard to get. Everything else is pretty good.
I'm very satisfied with my GP. Excellent care provided.
They were really bad. Not happy with them so I changed GP.
My mother has been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for the last few weeks only to be told every time that there are no appointments available despite her phoning every day at 8.30a.m and 2.30p.m on the days the surgery is actually supposed to be open but by the time her call is answered all appointments are gone. My mother is 89 years old she suffered a bleed on the brain last July which resulted in brain surgery to remove the bleed, we were told she was lucky to survive- she has worked very hard to get back to health with no after care offered by this GP surgery, every appointment is a battle and it is getting even worse. She now has a problem with her legs swelling and a lump appearing she is in agony and barely able to walk. Surely she deserves a appointment? My mother lives alone and has no transport what is she supposed to do? Go to A&E and wait hours alone to be seen?- I live in North Wales and I am at a complete loss and despair at how to help my mother.
It's very difficult to get appointments but they did refer me to the QE on time and it was very quick and timely referral which saved my life.
Don't get appointments. Have to be dying to get an appointment. It can take an hour and a half to get through and then all the appointment have gone. There's been 2 instances where my husband had a rash, doctors told him to take a picture and said they would see him on the Wednesday. I told them it was something worse and they didn't take his temperature or anything. My husband died the Wednesday from Sepsis. The practice is awful.
They're good, they're accessible but can sometimes wait but that's expected at the moment. But they're good.
They order my medication and they automatically deliver it to me.
The doctors are awful, no face to face appointments for 2 year, no diabetes or thyroid checks for 18 months.
I don't like the doctors, you can't get an appointment over the phone or anywhere.
25 June 22 - This GP practice has recently introduced a new telephone service. Previously, anyone trying to make an appointment with a GP could phone a.m. or p.m. and see if any appointments were available. If not, try again the folloiwng day. However, at least you could get through to a receptionist. Now, a caller is placed in a queue without any idea of how long the wait in the queue will be. My wife phoned the practice and was placed at "number 7" in the queue. 40 minutes later, she managed to speak with a receptionist. We later checked our phone bill, and that 40 minute wait had cost us more than £10. This is completely unacceptable. The local NHS Trust responsibile for this practice needs to sort it out.
They have asked mother of 7 years old Autistic kid to send pictures of tonsillitis instead of giving her face to face appointment.
No appointment ever you have to book 3 weeks in advance.
When are doctors going to see us again
