"Been okay apart from the wait"
The waiting list is long, they have been okay though. The counselling was good.

My issues with them are they don't listen to me. They don't call me back and they are unhelpful. They don't give me support and are uncooperative.
Knew of someone here, absolutely dire services and seems like its a brain washing facility rather than a place to heal and overcome ED. Staff are appalling and seems its more of a business than an actual service to help those in need, absolutely traumatized and shocked at how this place is still running.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, the reviews are enough so please save your loved one the torture and I shan't go into further detail but people in prison live better lives than in this institution.

Very helpful when I was a child. It was there I was diagnosed. They referred me to a special school for my needs.

My daughter was an inpatient here twice. Very good service. My daughter was here until they got her medication right. Now she is under the treatment of Blakesley centre and her GP.
