"Support has been good"
Took a long time to get an appointment after being referred urgently from FTB - Finch Road. Since been under the care and support has been good. No appointments cancelled and not kept waiting.

"Service is really good"
Service is really good. I got lots of support. I have been coming here for a month and my therapist is really good. They always seem to be running late for my appointment which causes me anxiety.

"Really helped me"
Really helped me. I am much better than I was when I first came. My therapist is really nice. They could be more supportive with external factors such as housing, debts etc. Even signposting would help a lot.

"They are very helpful"
I have been with the service for a long time. They are very helpful but I don’t feel they have helped me much. FTB needs to offer more therapies.

The services provided by Forward Thinking Birmingham are commissioned (funded) by Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group, who, along with the local authorities, plan how to use the money on these services in a coordinated way. "Lots of changes with nurses"
I have had lots of changes with nurses which has been disturbing. Not always notified in advance, this has resulted in periods where I had no named person to contact at FTB. DBT based here is very good.

"Overall a very helpful service"
Very good service - I have been coming here for 3/4 years since I was 19 years old.Staff on the whole are very nice apart from one experience I had with a doctor that I didn't think much of - he was very dismissive of me as a person which was not a nice experience - he thought he knew me from what was written on a piece of paper. Overall a helpful service apart from the one poor experience that I had.

My treatment and experience has been ok. Staff are good and treat well. Explain every thing well. I self-referred as the process is straight forward.

"Staff and treatment are really good."
I’m bit worried because being 24 years old, I have to leave FTB when I am 25. Concerned about which service I will use out. I think there should be more group sessions not just 121’s. Staff and treatment are really good. Early accessible.

"Great service"
They have been really good and supportive. They share information with my school. So that they can help me when I need it. If I’m not feeling the best I can call FTB and they will give me support even if my worker isn’t on. Great service.

The support we have received as a family has been fantastic. Often the families are forgotten about, however they have time for us and supported us during our daughter time with them.
