"It's difficult"

Difficult to make appointments. I call at 8am I'm in a queue. It's impossible to book a same day appointment. No online booking either. Every time I go there there is a new midwife which I think is a serious issue. They forget my history and I missed a vaccination because of that. I can't build a good relationship with my midwife. It causes trust issues.
It's alright, not good or bad. The GPs are very good but they take a long time to get you an appointment.
Not everything is fine. There's no appointments and there are long queues and waiting times. Can't get an appointment to see a doctor or nurse and then I end up going to a walk in.
They referred my daughter. Very good and very helpful. Sometimes the receptionists do not speak nicely and take too long to answer the phone. The GP is very good however.
A complete lack of communication and information. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
I can easily get an appointment and my GP listens to me and always provides support.
They're a good surgery and I am able to get appointments very easily. They are good with the children too and will make appointments for my disabled son whenever I need them.
No getting through to them. You wait and be 10th in the queue, you get to number one and the line cuts off. You call again and the same thing happens. So you go in and the receptionist is sitting there drinking tea not answering the calls. I called the phone whilst in the surgery and they watched it ring. I've been needing an appointment for months, finally I got one to be told its in a couple of weeks. I need one sooner. My medication needs changing, they're just not working for me. They're just not good.
Okay, they're good. I'm happy and I like the doctor.
I haven't seen a doctor face to face in ages. I get stuck in a long queue between lots of people. I can go into the doctors to get my repeat prescription, but they won't let me see a doctor. I don't see why they won't be more reasonable, I don't want to talk to them over the phone.
Call you up for an appointment, you ring them and they say they're out of appointments. Then when you go for an appointment, in the waiting room, they let everyone go before your appointment and I ask what's going on. And they do not listen to me. Sometimes when I talk to them, they tell me they have other patients and just give me medication. Sometimes I do not take it because I know they are not listening to me. When my regular doctor is not there and I see another one, they change my medication without telling me. I go back to the doctor and tell them.
They are okay, but when you try and get an appointment, there is never one. The receptionist is bad - she does not speak nicely to people an hurts your feelings, her attitude is very poor. Many people have complained. Whether the doctor is available or not, speak to people nicely.
4 star service provided by GP.

We Can never get through to them, when I go in they say I have to call as no one is allowed in the surgery make appointments due to covid. After hours of trying to get through sometimes days when and if we finally do get through we get told no appointments available.. if somehow they do decide to give you, (after literally begging for one) it’s a telephone consultation only! So how do we get an appointment to see the doctor?! I understand covid has changed things but this hasn’t been great even before covid! They are only open a few hours on the morning and a couple in the evening. They close on Wednesday and Thursday.. So what’s the point of them being there?!
GP are good but don't like the receptionist. They are rude especially I've witnessed few times even with some elderly people.
